Vishal Misal has launched a major new business event at just 22 years old. Vishal Misal has launched a major new business event at just 22 years old.

A new business event has been launched by a 22-year-old Masters graduate who operates his company Blak Pearl Ltd from the University of Nottingham Innovation Park.

Vishal Misal is bringing together some of the world’s finest business minds at his debut business training event,  Innovation, Leadership, Sales and Growth in 2010 (ILSG). It will be held at London’s ExCel from 24 – 26 May 2010.

Blak Pearl Ltd specialises in hosting large-scale business events around training initiatives – and having been awarded a distinction for his Masters in International Business, Vishal knew he needed to “think big” for his debut event.

He has clearly succeeded – getting success speaker Brian Tracy, and British entrepreneurs Karren Brady and Michelle Mone, on board.

Brian Tracy is one of the world’s foremost sales, management and personal success speakers, and will host a range of seminars over a three day period. He has addressed more than 5,000,000 people in 3000 talks and seminars in 54 countries, is the author/narrator of more than 400 audio/video learning programmes and has written 70 books that have been translated into 38 languages.

“I found Brian Tracy’s books and seminars to be truly life changing,” explains Vishal, “as they encourage you to challenge yourself constantly. With that sort of belief your perspective of possibilities changes beyond recognition. My first thought when organising the ILSG 2010 event was to go straight to the top – to Brian Tracy himself.”

Michelle Mone, Founder and Co-owner of MJM International, is a highly successful businesswoman and one of the UK’s top 3 female entrepreneurs. This year Michelle was recognised for her outstanding contribution to the business world by being awarded an Order of the British Empire (OBE) medal.

Karren Brady began her career at Saatchi & Saatchi when she was 18 years old and is known to many as the “first woman of football”. In October 2007 Karren was voted Business Woman of the Year and in November 2008 she was named as one of the top leadership role models in a national poll. This recognition was quickly followed in December 2008 when she was presented with the coveted Spirit of Everywoman Award at the NatWest Everywoman Awards.
