Free online business advice with Business GP™
A new business service has been launched which offers free online advice every day between 12pm and 1pm.
A new “Business GP” service has been launched in the UK, offering business support to entrepreneurs and SMEs, including free online advice between 12pm and 1pm every day.
In what the website calls “Open Surgery”, business expert Marc Lawn will reply to basic business questions during this hour, and offers further support for businesses or individuals on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis.
The Business GP ™ comes from a highly regarded business practitioner who has worked at senior level within 9 industry sectors, from soft drinks to cars, property to oil. Marc’s experience and understanding of issues ranging from HR and marketing to operations and sales is widely regarded, and his approach to tackling the causes, not just the symptoms of business problems provides some of the best advice SMEs and entrepreneurs will find.
Marc is a regular expert contributor to UK newspaper The Telegraph’s Business Club, where he offers advice to a range of businesses seeking answers to complex problems.
According to a press statement, “The service is incredibly simple and easy for businesses to use. Customers (‘patients’) book an hour’s appointment with Marc, either bringing their problem with them to discuss or, if they prefer, emailing a summary of the issue to be tackled in advance.
“Pulling on his years of experience and focused problem-solving, Marc will then provide a diagnosis and outline an instantly-actionable plan that the business owner can take and apply for instant results.”
Marc says: “The Business GP is the equivalent of pay-as-you-go business support. Too often, businesses pay for long, drawn out consultancy that has no immediate impact, no defined start or end point and no upper limit on how much it costs. Business GP does exactly what it says: offers quick diagnosis of a problem and a prescription for solving it that’s instantly actionable.”
