Robin Terrell has been appointed Managing Director of John Lewis Direct.

Department store John Lewis has appointed Figleaves Chief Operating Officer Robin Terrell to head up its online operation.

As Managing Director of John Lewis Direct, Terrell will be responsible for all aspects of the retailer’s online business, reporting to Commercial Director Phil Hullah.

Terrell has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Figleaves for the past three years and was previously Managing Director of Amazon.co.uk for four years.

Terrell commented on his new appointment: “I am really excited to be appointed the new Managing Director of John Lewis Direct. This is a great brand committed to delivering the best multi-channel customer experience – and I am looking forward to being a part of making that happen.”
