Business Development Manager, Basingstoke
£37,000 to £60,000 per annum
A leading international IT Service company based in Basingstoke are currently seeking an Audio Visual Business Development manager/ Sales and Marketing Manager to help manage their specialist Audio Visual division.
The role will include dealing in many areas i.e:
- Contribution of new ideas/opportunities
- Ownership of planning and execution
- Development, management and implementation of the business plan
- Develop and support implementation of Marketing plan to drive business plans
- Forecasting and delivery of agreed goals
- Revenue, profitability
- Market share, breadth & new customer acquisition
- People management & development
- Product Manager
- Trainers/Demonstration personnel
- Proactive engagement and alignment with Sales, Marketing, Resellers and Vendors
- Develop channel relationships – New Business and Account Management
- Key Customer engagement
- Vendor sales and marketing team engagement
- Large deal engagement
- Long term business planning and execution
- Presence & profile of the vendor set internally and externally
You will come from a commercial aware background with Sales and Marketing looking to join a company to make a difference with a strategic approach and experience of managing products within the AV industry. In return our client offers a Salary base is a maximum of £45000, with Bonus £60,000 plus a 10% car allowance and excellent benefits.
