Business Development Manager, Buckinghamshire
£60,000 to £80,000 per annum
This company is a highly successful business with a unique value proposition and they are looking to further development their existing sales team by recruiting 2 x Business Development Managers / Client Directors.
You will be responsible for:
- Growing contract revenue in line with company objectives as well as gaining incremental market share within ‘diamond’ accounts
- Be a subject matter in service sales expert both internally and externally. Highly consultative approach
- Deliver clear, action orientated, continuously improved Account Plans and Opportunity Plans; lead internal virtual teams
- Lead active hunting activity to deliver robust funnel for subsequent years
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- A track record of success in selling solutions and ‘wrap around’ services / managed services - deal value £500k - £multi million
- Proven capability of business process change at an enterprise level
- Experience of networking and selling at senior levels with major enterprise
- Proven success in developing new business
- Problem solving experience showing clear thought processes, identification of the issues, and recommendation which move to resolve
- You will need to be a very professional, articulate, well polished, highly credible professional able to be credible sell at the highest level
