This is an excellent opportunity to develop your long term career within this fast moving and exciting newly established business, which has just hit over the £1Million, turnover figure. Due to the successful growth of the business, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team to help maintain and grow the business to the next level.

The role:

This role is taking full responsibility for lead generation, identifying and meeting new clients, selling services and closing profitable new business with a variety of large and smaller UK businesses.

This is primarily a hunter role and the successful business wins will be then handed over to a client management team within the business. This is a conceptual sale and you will need to be able to sell services, the main services revolve around outsourcing Call Centre, Direct Marketing, Database Management and Debt Collection. These will be to a variety of small businesses to Blue Chip companies.

The Person:

- A Call Centre, Sales or Direct Marketing background would be ideal although there is flexibility here.
- You need to be very sales focused and able to sell services UK wide.
- You will be a hunter and have a tenacious attitude to be successful.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to see each sale through to completion are key, along with good rapport and the ability to build long lasting relationships.
- This role will require flexibility for travel around UK. The role will be based in the Chesham Office but will mostly be a field role, which having a drivers licence is an absolute must.
