As a Business Development Manager, you will have sales experience selling business information and solutions into the pharmaceutical industry. You will be educated to degree level with major in Life Sciences or a related field. 

As a Business Development Manager, you will have experience in proactively generating new business. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness and take the opportunity to up-sell where appropriate and can communicate the benefits of doing so with a passion. You will have excellent presentation skills and be able to think and respond logically when under pressure.

The Role:
 
As a Business Development Manager the role will encompass Telesales, Retention Management and generating new business. You will be selling Software, database, information sales into the pharmaceutical industry. You will be proactively generation new business by incorporating sales meetings, exhibitions, networking, and business presentations. As a Business Development Manager it will be essential you maintain a knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and CRO industry and an awareness of factors that may affect your business.
