- Driving through change and implementing commercially led business strategies
- Hands-on experience of Excel
- Experience gained in commercial environments
- Demonstrable experience of significant contribution to business operations
- Extensive analytical skills in order to provide value added information
- Significant experience of managing people
- Experience of working in a service business with a high degree of customer contact
About The Role:
Provide commercial, profit-led leadership to the Central Billing function which currently manages client transactions in excess of £75m and develop this function to increase its commercial viability and maximise its earning potential by improving the product offer and client service levels. Devise and implement a range of analyses and measurements to assess the company’s ongoing profitability and use this data to help the six profit centre department heads drive through change within the business which will have a positive impact on profitability.
Ensure the highest level of financial reporting across the company’s six profit centres in order to deliver timely and effective financial information which will help the profit centre department heads drive the business to continued profitability.
Provide effective leadership and strong management to two of the Company’s financial activities: the financial reporting function and the Central Billing department.
