£50,000 to £60,000 per annum
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager within one of the UK`s leading Construction, Facilities Management and Building Consultancy firms. With an unrivalled portfolio of current and finished projects they continue to set the standards in the building industry.
Within the facilities division this company has a property solutions sector that manages contracts across the UK. With increased contract wins within this sector they are expanding and looking for key people to become an integral part of the business.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to manage TFM facilities on a large Facilities contract based in London
You will be accountable for the main site and various smaller local sites in the region, overseeing the facilities and refurbishments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
The successful Commercial Manager will have a proven background working within TFM sector and have a solid understanding of the facilities requirements needed on those contracts. The Commercial Manager will also need to have a good commercial bite and have evidence of managing large facilities / maintenance budgets.
