£45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Contracts Managers required for 2 very busy social housing reactive maintenance contracts in North London, circa £5m each. The contracts consist of providing day to day, reactive repairs service for a large housing association.
Skills & Experience
As Contracts Manager you will be working for a reactive maintenance contractor and must have experience of working in occupied social housing. You will be responsible for 6000 - 10,000 properties and must be able to co-ordinate a team, including Repairs Managers, Supervisors, DLO Operatives and Subcontractors. You will also control the surveying and commercial aspects of the contract and will be responsible for the smooth running of a very busy contract. Excellent client liaison skills are essential!
