Contracts Manager - civils/groundworks - Warwickshire

A specialist civils/groundworks company is looking for a Contracts Manager to work on a variety of projects across the UK.

The ideal Contracts Manager will receive:

- £40,000 - £50,000 (experience depending)
- Healthcare
- Pension
- Car/allowance

They are is looking for a presentable individual who can travel to various sites and manage multiple projects at once. You have the ability to manage direct and sub-contract labour, H&S and communicate regularly in house and to external stake holders and consultants. The individual this company is looking for will be professional in appearance and understand the technical aspects of this role.

A background of managing multiple minor civils, earthworks, car parks and water surface drainage is essential.

Typical project sizes range from £50k - £750k

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Expertise in civils, earthworks, bulk earthworks and water surface drainage
- Professional and presentable appearance - must be client facing
- Excellent communication skills to consultants, external stakeholders and Senior in house staff
