EMEA Commercial Manager, Reading
£60,000 to £70,000 per annum
A highly visible role that reports into the VP, Finance EMEA, the EMEA Commercial Manager is charged with developing, negotiating and delivering commercial agreements within this global technology organisation. The role will actively participate in the contract negotiations, articulating commercial principles into text and working closely with the sales and legal teams to maximise profit from agreements. You will lead the analytical component of the commercial pricing by providing data, reports and analysis, whilst developing pricing models and strategies. More specifically, you will partner the channel leads with contracting strategies and scenario impact models to assess impact on price and profitability.
The position requires a proactive and sales engaged senior level professional with progressive experience of commercial management within the technology arena. Experience of leading commercial negotiations with major accounts and channel intermediaries within this space is essential. You should have a proven track record of managing complex contractual solutions and forming commercial frameworks that provide standard and alternative terms and conditions. The successful applicant will have the relevant experience and sector knowledge along with either a law degree or MBA and be independent with strong communication skills.
