Susanna is one of ICM’s online news editors, contributing to all business industry news with specific responsibility for the travel, manufacturing and utilities sectors. With a degree in PR from Bournemouth University and extensive knowledge of the media & communications industry, Susanna is involved in all aspects of ICM Communications’ work, from filming and editing video packages to promoting ICM and creating concise, well-researched features and copy.

She has a particular interest in ICM’s social & economic development projects, and has recently returned from Uganda, where she filmed and documented one of the Institute’s sponsored projects.
