On Tuesday, it was Poland’s turn. A week after a team of Russian investigators blamed the Polish flight crew for last year’s plane crash which killed President Lech Kaczynski and dozens of other dignitaries, Poland has fired back with its own report. Russian air traffic controllers, it says, share responsibility for the disaster.
