Park Inn is Rezidor Hotel Group’s fastest growing brand.

The Rezidor Hotel Group is to further strengthen its Park Inn portfolio with the addition of new properties in London, Bratislava and Dakar.

The openings will add 584 rooms to Rezidor’s portfolio.

The company, which also operates the Radisson SAS, Regent and Country Inn brands, is planning to add a total of 20,000 new rooms between 2007 and 2009.

Kurt Ritter, President and CEO of Rezidor, commented on the new Park Inn launches: “Park Inn is our dynamic, fresh and fastest growing brand and we are especially proud to open a real flagship property in London, one of Europe’s key markets.”

The Park Inn, London, UK, is located in Russell Square, between the West End and the Financial District. The hotel will comprise 214 rooms, a restaurant, bar, 14 meeting rooms and fitness area, and will be branded as a Park Inn hotel from 1 February 2008.

In Slovakia’s capital Bratislava, the new Rezidor is located in the old part of the city, and features 265 guestrooms, three restaurants, a pool area, fitness area and nightclub.  
 
The hotel in Dakar, Senegal, meanwhile, will open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2009, offering 105 guestrooms, a restaurant and bar, meeting and conference facilities and fitness area. 

In addition, Rezidor has three more properties under development in West Africa – the Radisson hotels in Dakar; Lagos, Nigeria; and Bamako, Mali.
