Cadbury rejects Kraft Foods offer

Cadbury PLC has rejected a £10.2 billion offer from Kraft Foods to combine the two businesses and create a “global powerhouse in snacks, confectionery and quick meals.”


Microsoft has sold its advertising arm – Razorfish – to French advertising and communications agency, Publicis Groupe, for around $530 million (£318m).


Amazon.com has announced that it has acquired leading online footwear and apparel website, Zappos.com.
